Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production lines, ensuring targets are met with 99% quality compliance
- Train and supervise 10-15 team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and optimize workflows
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Generate production reports and KPI analysis for leadership review
- Enforce 5S standards and OSHA regulations across production floor
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing experience with weekend shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven leadership experience in union/non-union environments
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/MES systems
- Strong analytical skills for production troubleshooting
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification preferred
