Responsibilities
- Operate assigned machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assemble products and components according to blueprints and specifications.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Complete necessary paperwork and time tracking accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills in English.
- Willingness to undergo a medical examination for visa sponsorship eligibility.
- Reliable transportation to the Bakersfield location.
- Eligibility to work in the United States or obtain an EB3 visa status.
