- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for urgent weekend cases
- Implement infection control protocols during peak weekend hours
- Process weekend lab results and coordinate patient follow-ups
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- 1+ years experience in medical office or patient services
