Responsibilities
- Monitor vital signs and document patient data using advanced electronic health record systems
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians during emergency weekend procedures
- Administer prescribed treatments and medications under RN supervision
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during weekend visits
- Participate in weekend shift handovers and critical care coordination
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA or PCT certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association)
- Ability to work independently during high-pressure weekend scenarios
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Flexible availability for rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7a-7p)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
