Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including vital sign monitoring and mobility assistance
- Assist with patient hygiene, meals, and comfort measures
- Accurately document patient observations in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff during shift transitions
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and emergency protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training available)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Previous healthcare experience a plus
- Must pass background check and drug screening
