- Provide compassionate patient intake and discharge support
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
- Handle weekend emergency triage with calm professionalism
- Support weekend patient education initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years medical office or patient coordination experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in weekend shifts
- Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) preferred
- Ohio state healthcare license (if applicable)
- Spanish bilingual ability highly valued
