Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake and appointment scheduling for weekend clinic operations
- Assist with clinical procedures including vital signs and basic patient assessments
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Facilitate seamless communication between patients, physicians, and support staff
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure exam rooms are fully stocked
- Provide compassionate patient education and discharge instructions
- Collaborate with on-call providers for urgent patient concerns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare administrative or clinical support experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification required
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic or NextGen preferred)
