Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during weekend shifts
- Manage electronic health records with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and on-call providers
- Oversee weekend medication administration protocols and documentation
- Triage urgent patient requests and escalate critical situations appropriately
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards at all times
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required
- Minimum 2 years of clinical coordination experience
- Proficiency in Epic EMR and Microsoft Office Suite
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
