- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care across departments
- Manage patient intake processes and electronic health records
- Resolve billing inquiries and insurance verification
- Collaborate with clinical teams for seamless patient experiences
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications
- Support weekend clinic operations and patient flow
Qualifications
- 1+ years healthcare administration or customer service experience
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
