Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily weekend operational workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with a focus on high-quality service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend processes and inventory management.
- Maintain strict adherence to company safety standards and operational protocols.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members to ensure consistency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, including holidays.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team attitude.
