- Coordinate weekend warehouse inventory management and order fulfillment
- Oversee last-mile delivery operations and route optimization
- Manage customer service inquiries and resolution for weekend shipments
- Train and supervise part-time weekend staff on safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation of weekend operations and KPIs
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless transition of processes
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Valid Oregon driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends only (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
