As a Weekend Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be the backbone of our weekend operations, managing inventory, overseeing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics processes during the weekend shift.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.
- Supervise and train weekend staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to align weekly goals and address operational gaps.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain high service standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Generate and review operational reports to track performance metrics and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and manage conflict effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the weekend shift.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
