Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, network systems, and hardware health during off-peak hours.
- Execute critical system backups, security patches, and software updates to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues escalated by the main support team.
- Conduct routine audits of digital assets and update technical documentation.
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Ensure compliance with all company security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a background check and pass a technical skills assessment.
