Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to technical support tickets and customer inquiries with high accuracy.
- Perform routine system diagnostics and software troubleshooting for internal and external clients.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to escalate complex issues and ensure 24/7 operational uptime.
- Maintain accurate records of all weekend activities and service logs.
- Assist in implementing weekend-specific quality assurance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to diverse user groups.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems.
