Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and logistics processes on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Mentor and support weekend warehouse staff to maintain high productivity levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
