Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations and workflows during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations with a focus on high-quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for weekend fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Generate and analyze weekly performance reports to identify trends and areas for growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for all staff.
- Act as the primary point of contact for weekend emergency responses.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, customer service, or logistics.
- Reliable transportation available for the Friday–Monday shift schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in the tech or service industry is a plus.
