Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations and workflow during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all quality control standards are met for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues efficiently and professionally.
- Prepare accurate shift reports and maintain digital logs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in training new team members on weekend protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
