Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Perform clinical duties including vital signs, EKGs, and injections
- Prepare exam rooms and maintain sterile environments
- Assist providers with procedures and documentation
- Coordinate patient flow and schedule management
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes
- Train new staff on weekend protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with EMR systems
- Flexibility to cover occasional holiday shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license
