Responsibilities
Assist physicians with patient examinations and proceduresPerform vital sign measurements and basic lab testsPrepare and maintain examination rooms and medical equipmentManage patient records using EHR systemsAdminister medications and injections as directedSchedule appointments and handle patient communicationsEnsure strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare protocols
Qualifications
Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experienceMinimum 1 year clinical experience in healthcare settingProficiency with EHR systems (Epic/EMR preferred)Strong knowledge of medical terminology and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyFlexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 7am-7pm)Basic life support (BLS) certification required
