We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to ensure our infrastructure runs smoothly during peak and off-peak times.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the stability of servers, networks, and workstations during weekend shifts.
- Respond to and resolve IT support tickets and service requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Collaborate with the on-site team during Monday morning handovers to ensure seamless continuity.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base for future reference.
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting for end-users.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during off-hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
