Responsibilities
- Tier 1 & 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for employees and clients on weekends.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and manage IT support tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Hardware & Software Deployment: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Network Assistance: Monitor network performance and assist in resolving connectivity issues during peak weekend hours.
- Asset Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT equipment and software licenses.
- User Training: Provide basic training and guidance to users on new technologies and software updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently under pressure.
