Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical risks and propose solutions to improve system stability and scalability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
