Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network performance during weekend shifts.
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Perform critical system updates, patch management, and backups to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure 24/7 system availability and data integrity during off-hours.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve escalated incidents and maintain SLAs.
- Conduct routine hardware inspections and maintenance for remote sites.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site maintenance as needed.
