Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal staff via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on workstations and servers.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software installations.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team lead to escalate complex issues efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
