Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier technical assistance to our internal and external clients during weekend operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Perform preventative maintenance and hardware upgrades for workstations and servers.
- Log and track all support tickets in the Service Desk system to ensure accountability.
- Assist in the deployment of new laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
- Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical users in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Information Technology preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical customer service.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. work authorization.
