Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets efficiently.
- Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot weekend outages.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and workstation areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Rotational shifts).
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
