Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- Perform code reviews and optimize application performance to ensure a seamless user experience on weekends.
- Collaborate with the product team to plan and execute sprint releases outside of standard business hours.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in legacy systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Participate in architectural discussions to improve scalability and security of our weekend operations.
- Document code changes and technical specifications for the on-call team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js is required.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
