Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor as they arrive at the event venue.
- Manage guest check-in processes, including scanning tickets and verifying IDs where necessary.
- Assist with crowd control and flow management to ensure a safe and organized environment.
- Answer attendee inquiries regarding event schedules, location details, and amenities.
- Collaborate with the event operations team to support setup, breakdown, and during-event logistics.
- Represent the brand positively at all times, adhering to dress code and brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event staffing is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event venue in Los Angeles.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions quickly.
