Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical and general support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies and weekend shift protocols.
- Assist in onboarding new team members during the hiring event.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
