Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software.
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
