- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions, escalating complex cases to the senior team when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest actionable improvements to enhance the weekend workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, data protection regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar shift-based role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, including occasional holidays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak hours.
