- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Process transactions and resolve client inquiries using CRM systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Contribute to weekend inventory management and facility readiness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
