Responsibilities
- Manage 50+ customer interactions daily via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping delays, and product inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while maintaining accurate documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to resolve cross-departmental issues
- Update CRM systems with detailed interaction records and customer feedback
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions to leadership
- Maintain service quality standards exceeding 95% customer satisfaction rate
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
- Valid Ohio driver's license required for occasional local deliveries
