- Contribute to weekend sales initiatives and upselling opportunities
- Participate in weekend team training sessions and performance reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during weekends
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
