Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing issues, product questions, and service concerns efficiently
- Process transactions and update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with weekend support team to maintain service consistency
- Document interactions and identify process improvement opportunities
- Uphold company standards for quality assurance and compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
