- Collaborate with weekend support teams to ensure seamless service continuity

- Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or retail environment
- Exceptional communication skills with clear articulation
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday 7am-7pm)
