Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service with energy and professionalism
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining high service standards

- Collaborate with weekend team to maintain store operations and inventory
- Support digital engagement initiatives for weekend shoppers

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and digital tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced weekend environments
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional inventory runs)
- Flexible schedule during holiday weekends
