- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Identify upsell opportunities while maintaining customer trust
- Document service interactions and escalate complex issues appropriately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
