Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8am-8pm)
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using CRM and ticketing systems
- Process orders and troubleshoot account problems with precision
- Collaborate with on-call engineers to escalate complex technical escalations
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium service packages
- Participate in weekend team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service or technical support role
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)

- Ability to work independently in a remote weekend environment
