Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Resolve customer concerns using company escalation protocols
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations
- Uphold brand standards in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Proficient with POS systems and basic MS Office
- Positive attitude with problem-solving mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent required
