- Process transactions and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Update CRM systems with accurate customer interaction records
- Identify upsell opportunities during weekend peak hours
- Contribute to weekend team performance improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 6 PM)
