- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve product/service issues using CRM systems and established protocols
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce or Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with strong active listening
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high service standards
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with availability 8 AM - 6 PM
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
