Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer accounts and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
