Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email during peak weekend hours.
- Resolve complex issues efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Update customer records accurately in our CRM database to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow transition.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
