- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve escalated tickets efficiently.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or support experience is preferred.
- Must be available to work alternating Saturdays and Sundays, or specific weekend blocks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
