- Resolve billing, technical, and service-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer handoffs
- Meet weekly performance metrics for resolution times and satisfaction scores
- Participate in weekend training sessions for new product launches
- Maintain positive brand representation in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Flexible availability for 8-hour weekend shifts (7am-3pm or 11am-7pm)
