What You’ll Do:
Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer satisfaction. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their weekend orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the management team when necessary.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery updates and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and positivity while representing the Pacific Logistics brand.
- Assist in the organization of the weekend workspace to ensure optimal workflow and safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
