Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to weekend clients across all service channels
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records using proprietary software
- Resolve client inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Support weekend inventory management and facility operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend service delivery
- Contribute to weekend service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills with diverse client populations
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
