Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot product problems efficiently.

- Collaborate with the support team to ensure seamless service continuity during weekend operations.
- Assist in training new weekend staff members and share best practices.
Qualifications
