Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product knowledge and enthusiastic engagement
- Process transactions accurately using our modern POS system while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create compelling weekend displays
- Manage inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and cycle counting
- Resolve customer inquiries with solutions-focused approach while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
- Contribute to weekend sales initiatives through upselling and promotional execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage diverse customers
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 10 AM - 6 PM)
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology

- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
